What if you didn’t have a job description? What if, instead, you declared a Personal Manifesto?
What if you let everyone know:
- My customers are… (what my best customer does, thinks and cares about)
- I make our customers stronger by… (for me, these strengths make the difference)
- I am delivering… (my individual outcome metrics(s))
- I am getting stronger by… (the strengths-based development areas I am consciously working on)
- Don’t forget to… (things that work that I’ve already mastered)
- Avoid doing this… (how my weaknesses show up and what I can do to minimize their impact)
