in documents, presentations, emails, texts, etc. Yesterday I met with an existing client to confirm the statement of work for an upcoming engagement; the continuation of a multi-stage Workforce Planning project we started last year.
I wrote a little while ago about the incessant desire to move on to

and how important it is to take a quick look back every now and then, and that post had been partly sourced from my reviewing the work of last year and the progress we’d made. Now, we look forward to
Next Steps
and I get that really rare opportunity in this nomadic consulting life: to see something through to completion, bring a change to life beyond the initial work.
I chose the name View Beyond for my company because of my abiding sense of the journey, the path that can split, turn, deviate at any given moment, and my key strength and enjoyment of maintaining vision of what’s beyond our reach; what we could bring to become.
So, right now, I’m in my sweet spot, and loving every minute of each next step along that path 🙂
